CURRENT DEPLOYMENT BUILD 12 / v0.2.2

OPERATIONAL

UPDATED 20 JUL 2026
BUILD 12 / v0.2.2

Plans published.
Beta stays open.

CURRENT

Guilds can compare future capacity pricing without encountering a payment gate during the public beta.

  • ADDED

    A dedicated Pricing page explains all 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, and 14-channel tiers.

  • EXPLAINED

Voice behavior, Administrator controls, moving-channel support, inactivity shutdown, and audio privacy now live in one field guide.

  • OPEN BETA

Discord installation, /setup, and /start remain available without payment.

  • HELD

The completed PayPal subscription system remains disabled behind its release flag for future activation.

  • SYNCED

Website, patch notes, runtime, Control Center, and Windows service ship together as v0.2.2.

BUILD 11 / v0.2.1

A permanent home.
Same command.

Saint Relayer now uses saintbot.org as its canonical public website and Discord onboarding origin.

  • DOMAIN

saintbot.org is attached directly to the production Vercel project with Vercel-managed DNS.

  • FIXED

The temporary DEPLOYMENT_NOT_FOUND route was replaced by the active production deployment.

  • OAUTH

Production configuration and documentation now use https://saintbot.org/auth/callback.

  • IMPROVED

Discord installation guidance now sends Administrators to saintbot.org.

  • SYNCED

Website, patch notes, runtime, Control Center, and Windows service shipped together as v0.2.1.

BUILD 10 / v0.2.0

One release.
Every surface.

The production website, bot runtime, Windows service, and Control Center now share one traceable release.

  • FIXED

/stop waits for channel movement to settle, then closes tracked and orphaned Discord voice connections.

  • SAFETY

A process lock prevents the Windows service and a manual launch from running the same bot fleet twice.

  • IMPROVED

/setup acknowledges immediately while Discord fleet membership is refreshed.

  • VALIDATED

Startup verifies every configured token belongs to the expected G1-G14 application before connecting.

  • OPERATIONS

Release tooling builds, verifies, deploys, and reports one version across every Saint Relayer surface.

BUILD 09

Channels change.
Command follows.

Live voice-state reconciliation keeps the operation audible when members move between Discord calls.

  • ADDED

Saint Comms follows the authorized Administrator when they move to another voice channel.

  • ADDED

Relayer workers prioritize occupied voice channels and move to cover listeners outside the original map.

  • IMPROVED

Existing occupied assignments remain in place whenever possible to minimize reconnects and audio interruption.

  • SECURITY

Only the Administrator who ran /start remains subscribed as the audio source after every move.

  • SAFETY

Tier capacity and the ten-minute authorized-speaker inactivity timeout remain enforced.

BUILD 08

More formations.
Same command.

Capacity selection now follows six flexible fleet sizes for smaller parties through full fourteen-channel operations.

  • CHANGED

    Available tiers are now 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, and 14 relayer bots.

  • ADDED

New servers begin with a three-call entry profile instead of requiring five workers.

  • IMPROVED

Automatic fleet detection and /setup select the largest complete tier currently installed.

  • MIGRATED

Legacy 8-relayer configurations move safely to 7; legacy 11-relayer configurations move to 10.

  • DESIGN

Onboarding and account controls now use a responsive six-position capacity rail.

BUILD 07

Server installed.
Context secured.

Discord commands can no longer appear through an incomplete app-only installation that leaves Saint Comms outside the server.

  • FIXED

/setup, /start, and /stop are restricted to Discord guild installations.

  • SECURITY

Command contexts now explicitly require a server and the installed Saint Comms bot application.

  • IMPROVED

Incomplete installations now receive a direct instruction to reinstall Saint Comms through the onboarding dashboard.

  • LOGGING

Invalid guild-context attempts are recorded by the voice host for easier diagnosis.

BUILD 06

Silence detected.
Fleet released.

Relay sessions now clean themselves up when an operation is left running without active command audio.

  • ADDED

A ten-minute inactivity timer begins when the relay starts.

  • IMPROVED

Every commander audio packet refreshes the timeout, including continuous transmissions.

  • SAFETY

When the timer expires, Saint Comms and every connected relayer leave their voice channels together.

  • IMPROVED

The saved relay state is marked inactive and the shutdown event is written to the host log.

BUILD 05

Fleet detected.
Map synchronized.

Relayer installations now synchronize from Discord automatically across the website and live voice host.

  • FIXED

The server page no longer falls back to a smaller tier when a larger installed fleet is detected.

  • ADDED

Installation status refreshes quietly in the background, with a manual refresh control when needed.

  • IMPROVED

/setup re-fetches every worker's server membership before selecting the active capacity.

  • IMPROVED

/start can expand an existing channel map to the newly installed tier while retaining existing assignments.

  • SAFETY

Capacity is based on the complete G1-forward worker sequence so a missing relayer cannot shift channel assignments.

BUILD 04

Public access.
Controlled command.

Saint Relayer is ready for server owners outside the original test guild, with account-based onboarding and a safer command boundary.

  • ADDED

Discord OAuth sign-in with a personal dashboard showing manageable servers and installed relay capacity.

  • ADDED

Server-scoped onboarding with selectable relay-capacity profiles.

  • ADDED

A guided authorization sequence that keeps every worker invite tied to the selected server.

  • SECURITY

Only members with Discord Administrator permission can run /setup, /start, or /stop.

  • FIXED

OAuth callback and session navigation now preserve the signed-in operator experience.

  • DESIGN

New Saint Relayer identity, favicon, onboarding guide, and production campaign artwork.

BUILD 03

Three commands.
Zero guesswork.

Field operation was reduced to the shortest practical sequence for Discord administrators.

  • CHANGED

The operating flow now uses only /setup, /start, and /stop.

  • CHANGED

/setup detects the Administrator's current voice channel as the command source.

  • ADDED

Installed relayers are discovered as a fleet and mapped directly to configured destination channels.

  • IMPROVED

Discord responses now explain missing channels, permissions, and installation steps more clearly.

BUILD 02

Relay fleet.
One output per front.

The single-server prototype became a multi-worker voice system built for simultaneous squad channels.

  • ADDED

Dedicated Saint Relayer worker applications for independent target-channel voice connections.

  • ADDED

Live commander audio distribution across multiple active squad channels.

  • PRIVACY

Voice packets are forwarded in real time and are never recorded or stored.

  • IMPROVED

Clean worker disconnect and relay shutdown when an operation ends.

BUILD 01

First transmission.

Initial Discord voice relay proof of concept: one commander source, one relayer destination, and the foundation of Saint Relayer.
